Cold Form Steel Buildings
Our cold form buildings are constructed using cold-formed steel framing with lightweight components.

These buildings are valued for their strength, durability, dimensional accuracy, and resistance to fire, pests, and warping. Cold formed buildings are commonly used in residential, commercial, and agricultural construction due to their efficiency, consistency in quality, and adaptability to a wide range of building designs. They are usually 20 percent cheaper than Red Iron buildings and a better alternative compared to wood.
Pole Barns
Our pole barns are built using post-frame construction, where large vertical posts (typically wood or laminated columns) are embedded into the ground or anchored to a foundation to support the structure.

Our red iron buildings are constructed using pre-engineered steel framing, typically made from heavy-gauge steel beams and columns.

They allow for open interior spaces with minimal interior supports and are engineered to meet specific load requirements, including wind, snow, and seismic conditions.
